I did this quick work out tonight after finding the idea on pintrest, thought I'd share. Sometimes I like to sneak in a quick work out that takes me 15 minutes or less.
First you do 10 push ups, then you do 10 jumping jacks.
Then 9 push ups, 9 jumping jacks.
Then 8 push ups, 8 jumping jacks.
Then 7 push ups, 7 jumping jacks.
Then 6 push ups, 6 jumping jacks.
Then 5 push ups, 5 jumping jacks.
Then 4 push ups, 4 jumping jacks.
Then 3 push ups, 3 jumping jacks.
Then 2 push ups, 2 jumping jacks.
Then 1 push up, 1 jumping jack.

I like this easy to remember and can be done in a hotel room while traveling. I'm going to try tomorrow - thank so much!0

I am curious as to how many calories this burns...Someone try it and tell me:laugh: . I am exhausted--- as I did 78 minutes of exercise today. Chalene Extreme kicked my butt

Ok, ok....I will admit that the first 10 push ups I was all into it. The rest I did the push ups on my knees. I am working up to the real ones and I honestly don't know the calorie burn on this. Wish I did though!
P.S Way to go on 78 minutes of exercise today!0 -
I do a similar one...only I use push ups, situps and squats0

Girl push ups are my hero
Really I can like 20 real ones before I feel my face hit the floor.
Weird and kinda related, my friend'sdoc required her to be able to do 100 push-ups continuous before he'd perform her augment. Said she'd heal faster. . .0 -
This is one that I regularly do, and all you need is a deck of cards! It's great because even though you do the same number of reps for each exercise, the order changes every time you do it!
So take a deck of cards and do the number of repetitions that appear on that card:
2 through 10 – Do that many repetitions
Face cards – Do 10 repetitions
Ace – One minute break
With each card you’ll also alternate your movements:
Diamonds – Push-ups
Hearts – Lunges
Spades – Crunches
Clubs – Burpees
Don’t stop until you’ve finished all 52 cards!0 -
