    Awolnation...latest CD...AMAZINGLY motivating!
  • Jock Jams! (Volume 2)....An old favorite of mine!
  • Beastie Boys & Rage Against the Machine, if you're OK with naughty language.
  • Jock Jams would be for cardio (NOT for lifting).

Cajun zydeco music. Seriously, it makes sitting still very hard.
  • I listen to hard and heavy music and I like it to work out to... Metallica, Volbeat, Ozzy, Megadeth, Judas Priest, etc. I seem to walk quite fast on the treadmill to the beat :)

if you want high energy stuff, look at remixes. Lady Gaga remixes, Benny Benassi, Skrillex, Dubstep, that sort of stuff. party rock anthem - LMFAO, Good feeling - Flo Rida, snoop dogg's sweat remix

    for running:
call me anytime - the cops
everything's just wonderful - lily allen
where the lines overlap - paramore
cigarettes in the theatre - two door cinema club
science of fear - the temper trap
i can talk - two door cinema club
    mass destruction - faithless
    gone daddy gone

    for walking:
somebody that i used to know - gotye
the get go - new young pony club
    pocket - sam sparro
come around - MIA (all MIA is good)
    cameo lover - Kimbra
    rumor has it - adele

    i hope that helps.

what do you listen to? i'm always looking for new music

I listen to 90's dance and clubbing music for cardio. Jock Jams is great and Dance Mix USA and Ultimate Dance Party. I listen to Linkin Park, Metalica, Ozzy and heavy metal when I'm lifting weights. I like feel good music for walking such as Huey Lewis and the News, Tom Petty, and The Black Crows etc. etc. I listen to a wide range of music. Hope that helps some :-)

There is ONE song that gets me through running for 7 minutes straight on the treadmill (quite the achievement so far for myself) and that's Hey - Lil' Jon Ft. 30H!3. Can't help but keep going with that one!

I like a lot of your music style! :)
  • I'd try using pandora, they have a lot of cool workout radio channel you can put on. And it's a free app for cellphones and ipod touches.
