    Never heard that it actually helps weight loss. Could be that it gives you an energy boost to get you moving and motivated to exercise.
    I know that when I am craving something warm and sweet it is my go to drink. Low in calories and I can put as much 0 cal sweetener in it that I want. I can also use any kind of flavored creamer in it and have something different every time.

    Green Tea is well known for its fat loss properties.

    As a stimulant, Caffeine will benefit you in your training goals in the gym, but the relationship is not fully understood yet. All Jacked, NOexplode, Warriorsurge etc are basically flavoured caffeine

    In terms of cardio, Caffeine has been shown to 1) Improve mood during cardio. 2) release more lipids into the blood stream, allowing you to burn them off before eating into your glycogen reserves and thus perform better for longer (although, this really only applies to distance running) 3) Improve recovery.

    Theres loads of interesting research out there, and loads more even more interesting ongoing research based on the above findings

    I don't know it it really has anything to do with weight loss but I drink atleast one cup sometimes two per day and it definitely gives me more energy throughout my workout
