Healthy Body Measurements

As I'm on this journey and exercising and eating well, I am noticing I am not losing a bunch of weight as of yet but seem to be changing a fair bit in size (for the good!)
Just wondered what healthy measurements are for someone who stands at 175cm? I'm mainly concerned about the arm/bicep measurements because they seem to be my worst feature and something a cannot seem to eradicate.
Any thoughts? Would love to hear some
