So, I started this journey at the end of August 2011, weighing about 280lbs. Something snapped in me one day and I decided I needed to change. I'm 40lbs down, but it might as well be 100 because I feel amazing. I mean, that's the size of a small child!

Anyway, I'm at a point where I'm VERY happy with the way I look and my progress. This is about the weight I graduated high school at. My goal is to get down to 160. I have about 80 pounds to go, but it's nice to know I am 1/3 of the way there.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but I could definitely use more friends (make sure you send a message) and I'll be happy to help you along. I'm sure your motivation and hard work will help me too! :)

    put a bracket [ in front of the code and at the end. You don't have to use the src tag either.
    Just [ img http website address / img ] with out the spaces.

    Just was reading your story, and you have done an AMAZING job!~ it's good to know that when you put your mind to it and work hard you get awesome RESULTS. This is my biggest challenge i know i can do it just like you said your at your HIgh school weight so we all know its possible. ITS just getting to that goal we want :)
    thanks for the motivation i've decided i'm not stopping until i'm down to a size 8 or 9 my Movitation is once i get to this goal i'm getting my hair done for my reward and Setting my WEDDING DATE!! so excited.
