    going to hawaii today for 15 days! really nervous as to how much exercise i will be doing and how much food i will be intaking. have too keep my will power strong!

    Hi girls. Lost a pound this week, little over . Didn't do so hot on my water this week so want to work on that this next week and also log in all of my food on here too. I do have a foot injury and it is very painful so I will have to work on some upper body stuff. Hope you girls had a good week !!

    I lost 1.9lbs! I stepped up my workout a little this week, so I was pushing for 2to3lbs! But I will take it! :)

    Hi girls. Lost another pound this week. I did good with my eating and am getting better at my water. Have journaled all my food on here this week too. I am just starting to exercise again. I have a foot injury so am limited in what I do. I went to the gym last night for 30 min. on the TM and also got in two other nights this week so am happy with that. Hope you girls had a good one !!     Hi there would I still be able to join this, need as much help as I can get realy finding it soooooo hard to keep on track was realy good this week weighed in this morning and I put on 1 lb I just dont understand it at all.
