Pooball, at 99 years old, eat whatever you want!! Just teasing. We need more info on whether you have time to cook, work full time, eat on the run, etc. For lunch, salad with alot of added fruit and nuts, and low fat dressing is really good.0

Beans, bacon, whiskey, and lard. That should about cover it.0

If you can't grow it, raise it, or catch it. Don't eat it.
Just try to follow that and you will be good. Another way to say it is don't eat processed food!
Exercise too!!0 -

http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/what-should-you-eat/The answer to the question "What should I eat?" is actually pretty simple. But you wouldn't know that from news reports on diet and nutrition studies, whose sole purpose seems to be to confuse people on a daily basis. When it comes down to it, though—when all the evidence is looked at together—the best nutrition advice on what to eat is relatively straightforward: Eat a plant-based diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains; choose healthy fats, like olive and canola oil; and eat red meat and unhealthy fats, like saturated and trans fats, sparingly. Drink water and other healthy beverages, and limit sugary drinks and salt. Most important of all is keeping calories in check, so you can avoid weight gain, which makes exercise a key partner to a healthy diet.

Anything you want but in moderation with lots of vegetables and fruits and lean meats included.0

I eat EVERYTHING I WANT. I limit my crazier choices to 10-20% of my intake, and try to do lean meats, fruits, veggies, high protein and fiber, low fat dairy, beans, nuts and all that other healthy yadda yadda the rest of the time. In short- eat whaever you want. ALl that matters to lose is a defict; a calorie is a calorie no matter what form it comes in.0

I eat almonds or almond butter every day of my life because I LOVE them. I ate 20 gingersnaps for breakfast yesterday.
I think all my food is clean because I don't drag it through dog **** before I eat it.0 -

This is an awesome recipe. Get some chicken breasts. Marinate them in 1/3 soltion of Pineapple Juice, 1/3 solution of Worchestershire Sauce, and 1/3 Italian Dressing. Put them in the fridge for about 8+ hours. Bake them (covered in tin foil) at 430F for about an hour. MMMMM delicious! I eat them with turnip greens. Low fat and really good. You can also put the chicken breasts on the grill just cook at low temp (turn often) and dont put them on the direct fire. I would recommend you cover them in tin foil and about 10 min before they are done, put them directly under the fire for about 5 min on both sides to sear in the flavor. If you dont cover in tinfoil, it may make them too dry.0

Many delicious things. Try to eat fresh whole foods as much as possible. Keep portions small of higher calorie foods. But by all means, be sure to eat...too many people trying to starve themselves to lose weight. It doesn't work. Food is fuel!0

You should eat what works for you and you can stick to. Some people can watch their portions and just keep eating what they were already eating and get great results. Others switch to 'clean' eating and only eat whole foods and have great results. Some people do low carb, some do high carb and there are plenty of things in between. You need to find what works for you. What works for me may or may not work for anyone else. What foods do you love? What will make you miserable if you take it out of your diet? What are you willing to try? These are all things you have to figure out. I can take or leave bread. Don't care that much at all about it. If you try to take my coffee and creamer away from me - I may kill you. I make sure the coffee fits into my plan, and bread doesn't make it into my plan that often because, well, I prefer to spend the calories on getting some stuff that I really want instead. Best of luck figuring out what works for YOU!0

I eat processed food every day and I've lost 51 lbs. You need to do things you can actually stick with, or it becomes a crash diet. For me, I can't not eat processed food. So, I just control my portions.0 -

Its very hard to follow this in today's society but you have to try. As you track calories you will notice how many more emtpy calories are in processed food. Eating out is a joke too! You can eat alot if its clean foods like I said.
The other reason is because its not natural stuff your putting in your body.0
