Ok i need advice! I am 27 and I have worked full time (sometimes 2-3 Jobs at a time) since 15 years old. I am very happy that my fiance and i are able to do this but what do i do with my time. I do have a 3 year old and my nephew 18 months stays here will his mom works but what to do with all this time. I feel useless. Obviously i have taken over all household things. I am very creative but financially we are still trying to get comfortable with 1 income. Any advice how to not feel useless and gain energy????

Hello... My husbands a truck driver and left out the day after I had my 2nd child, I have 3. I too used to work full time, until then, my babysitter didn't wanna have a newborn. It's been going on 4 1/2 yrs... It changes your life, that's for sure. It helps if you have other friends w kids to have play dates, lots of crafts, coloring, puzzles, cleaning, etc. I have a BK and a McDonald's that have play places too, I go at least 2x a wk. My kids' are 9, 4(part time preschool), and 2. Feel free to add me as a friend.

A few of my friend's and from my older son's school. If your social, introduce yourself to people where you go, especially if they're there by themselves, I'm sure they'd love to have a conversation- McDonald's, library, park, etc. I also have a toddler group that I used to go to, play date for anyone who came... See if there's something like that, mine's through the city rec dept.

Does your library have a toddler reading time? That's a good way to meet moms. Sometimes local rec centers will have a toddler gym time, as well.
