1/2 Cup Chunky salsa
1 large egg white
Mix all in a bowl, make 4 burgers. Grill up.
Toast Thomas' light Multi Grain English Muffin
top off Burger how you like it
I usually do 1 weight watcher cheese wedge. Or 1 slice of american.
