and -30 on carbs... feeling awful.. what to doo!!! ive had 1296 calories today instead of 1200!! i feel terrible!!!

    The site sets you up with a deficit to begin with. You're still under your maintenance calories, so don't get yourself worked up. Go for a walk or something if it still bothers you.

    Awww, don't give up. It's just one day. Just start tomarrow fresh and watch . The above poster is right, if ya feel down and feel like you've had too much then Go for a walk. I'm about to for a walk right now. I'll keep you on my mind. It's okay sweets, to have somedays that arn't perfect. Just stay strong and be good tomarow :]

    Dance around your living room like a maniac for 11 minutes to your favourite songs, enter the exercise on todays date and Voila : your -96 calories disappears :smile:

    I will be over today as well. It was just a "hungry" day. I try not to ignore hungry days but choose wisely.

    A brisk walk will do wonders for "fixing' your calorie situation especially if you have not had dinner yet.

    For the rest of the day, choose wisely and make a plan for tomorrow.

    No matter what....don't quit!!!!!!!!

    Don't fret about it at all! Your body likes a little variation and definitely gets too used to exactly 1200 calories every day. Dance if you'd like, but don't worry about it if one or two days a week you're slightly over; just try to go ever so slightly under another day and your body will respond to the variation quite nicely. :smile:

    I go over, too. I try not to worry about it and tell myself that tomorrow is a new day. And that extra 100 calories isn't going to cause a weight gain, especially for one day. We all have days where we go over our limit -- it happens.

    That shouldn't even BE an issue with you, and certainly not something that you have to feel bad about! You've got time on your side...remember, it's not a "diet"...it's a change in the way you used to eat (that didn't work out so well!). Best to all! Robin

    it's not gonna make adifference for one day. but if you want you can go for a 15 min walk around the block and vwala! its gone:happy:

    go on a walk, run up and down the stairs if you have them. Just ten to fifteen minutes will get you back down to 1200

    ive gone over since friday due to the fact that i cant do crap after breaking my toe. of course i have no eercise calories to eat and then im freaking starving but freak out when i see i go over. the most ie gone over is like 150 or so.

    it's really not a big deal, you can probably eat up to 1450 calories w/o ruining your diet. Have something healthy and filling.
