Protein ideas for after workout

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas/suggestions for a good protein snack after a workout. I did the whey shake thing a while back but got really bad stomach aches from it so I stopped. Plus it was expensive.

Any ideas would be appreciated! : )

    Chocolate milk or greek yogurt!
  • Did the protein you were using have Creatine in it? That would cause stomach issues, for women I would look into BSN Lean Dessert for a terrific protein option.l As Tamara said 250ml of chocolate milk is a great quick idea that will help but I would add 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter to up the protein content, I eat my right out of the jar if I don't have time to blend it into my shake.
