Those are a few that I can think of right off hand. I tend to get into a groove for a month or two and then I sort of switch things up. Right now I'm all about the Peanut Butter Oatmeal for breakfast:)

I have recently discovered freeze-dried fruit! So easy and low-calorie.

i know rice noodles are awesome.
They're made from tofu. I've only gotten House Foods brand, and they come in spaghetti, angel hair and fettuccine style. Don't smell them when you open the package! Just a warning.
I don't see anything different from my list that other people posted, so I won't post a list. I think someone asked what Wasa crackers are. They're a crispbread. They come in different flavors and they're about 40 cals. I don't know about the others, but the whole grain ones don't have any added sugar. I used to have one with a lite laughing cow cheese wedge spread on it as a snack. Great post with lots of great ideas!0 -

I have just started doing menu plans for my week, so based on that I generally have
Chicken
and whatever is seasonal at the farmers markets.0 -
greek yogurt
unsweetened almond milk
pre-portioned goat cheese (trader joes) perfect addition to a spinach/mush omelette
bananas
grapefruits
lots of onions/garlic
lots of lemons
kale (make a great raw salad with lemon juice/evoo or you can bake the whole leaf into kale chips!! YUMMM)
avocados
mushrooms
baby spinach
brussel sprouts (try rstd. with a touch of maple syrup & lemon juice...)
beets
almonds/pistachios
rolled oats (I make my own granola to control the sugar/fat content)
lots of eggs
ground chicken/turkey
raw shrimp
dried beans/chickpeas (canned if no time) for homemade hummus
coconut oil (Great for cooking)
sunflower seeds (great addition to salads)
quinoa (use in place of rice for a healthier switch up, and its an ancient grain!)
quinoa pasta - gluten free (I try to limit gluten intake)0 -

I have ordered some shiritaki noodles from Amazon, hope they turn out to be as good as everyone says, as it's not a cost effective way of shopping!

There are some awesome ideas on here makes me feel like a boring eater!! My grocery list usually has:
Chicken
Salmon
Shrimp
Tilapia
String cheese
Yogurt
Low fat/fat free cheese (shredded and sliced)
Sara Lee Delightful bread
Potatoes
Asparagus
Green been
Corn
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Apples
Bananas
Grapes
Peaches
Oranges
Clementines
Carrots
Tomatoes
Spinach/salad mix
Or some variation on that.
And I have a good single pizza recipe...using low carb Flat Out Bread, Canadian Bacon, fat free shredded Mozarella cheese, and low fat pizza sauce. Comes out to about 230 calories. Not pizza exactly but definitely a suitable replacement considering how big it is and how much healthier it is than the real thing! My other recipe is a modified chile relleno. Don't bread it, and bake it instead. Lots of flavor with the only significant calories coming from the cheese.0
