can anyone please help me? Have you been successful in using the Progresso soups as part of a diet plan?

I don't know about basing a diet around the soups but I bring cans of Campbell's Healthy Choice and Campbell's Select Harvest to lunch most days when I work. They are not terribly high cal for a full lunch, but are still pretty high in sodium.
I wouldn't eat them more than once a day though.

I agree with above poster. Not really "healthy" due to the sodium and just being a canned food and all that. I eat them, one a day is enough to make me over sodium. There are some low sodium ones out there though, but not much of a selection....I think I got a low sodium chicken noodle..
  • I absolutely have!! I eat it for lunch 5 days a week (at work). It's SO yummy, affordable, easy to bring w/ me and tastes wonderful. I have been eating for well over a month and haven't tired of it yet :)

I used to eat it sometimes when I was really cutting calories. Very filling for 80 calories....I wouldn't base a diet on it though.
