He has done well to lose any extra weight he carried from indulging in winter, and now is looking to gain muscle, is it possible to do so without buying gym equipment, bench presses etc? Like are dumb bells and press ups etc enough or will he not be able to avoid getting some sort of machinery? Tks

Have you guys ever looked into some of the fitness DVDs? I know a lot of people on here rave about P90X and Insanity to name a couple. They're not exactly cheap but the results people have got from that is amazing. I think you only need dumb bells, maybe a ball but no gym equipment.
There's a lot of videos on Youtube that show legit results from using the workouts properly and eating right.0 -
I've known of lots of people that had great results from P90X, not much equipment but can really build muscle.0

Definately its enough if done right and at the right intensity, will get fitter and lose weight at the same time.0
