    Hi Everyone I am new to this forum.
    I.'ve been a member here for a few months now and decided to enter this forum and utilize all the bennys of this website.
    I am almost 65 years old and starting weight was 339, and the last weigh in I had was 30t.3. I am retired Military and getr a free wellness center, What a dream that is for loosing weight.. Thd Dietitian really keeps me on the straight and narrow for the diet I am on.
    The Diet i am on is just a simple 1760 cal. diet no restrictions. Just need to watch what or the amount I eat Daily.
    My goal is to weigh 250 by the end of June
    Oh yea my height is 6'2"
