I never realized how bad my back was till i saw pics. very hard spot to work out but you're doing awesome!0

Now that I see that picture without my back rolls, it actually looks weird. It looks like a normal back hahaha
There's no secret, just exercising and eating yummy healthy foods.
I do log in everyday though...except on the weekends sometimes
