Hey, everyone,

I'm from the Detroit area and was wondering if we have any other Detroiters on MFP. I've spent the last several years gaining and losing about 20 pounds between summer and winter. Every year when it starts to get cold around Thanksgiving I start to gain weight until around March. Then I start losing usually just because the weather starts to get nice so I'm outside more and there is more fresh, good produce available.

    I'm in Grand Rapids, but work for a Detroit-based law firm, so I am in Detroit about 1-2x a month. (Renaissance Center).

    I grew up in Flint, but now live in the Chicago area. I have the same problem with doing up and down every year.
