Does anyone know of free websites where I can find at home exercises when I do not feel like going to the gym? (not that I'm lazy, but there are days when it snows or its pretty rainy and I don't want to go anywhere)...Please share!

bodyrocktv.com!!! so many good ones on there. although, the main girl that does the videos used to be a porn star sooo she makes some odd noises lol but other than that it's a great great workout. most of it is hiit.
there are many on youtube! there's also free videos on netflix, and if you don't have netflix it gives you 30 free days of trial so you can use that!
Here's some good youtube one's I've used. :

I'm liking http://blogilates.com/ so far.
There's also http://www.liveexercise.com/ but I think every category requires bands... I haven't looked at the cardio ones though.0 -
I second the BodyRock.TV
Best.Workouts.Ever.
She never did real porn... She just did pictures. So... that doesnt count!0 -
I mainly use www.bodybuilding.com and www.virtuagym.com If you have an android smart phone both have aps. The Bodybuilding app has an exercise section that shows all types of exercises and has demo videos for each one to show form. I also use a Yoga workout planner app that has works really well for a quick session and has really helped with my flexability.0

I was going to ask something similar, I don't really get much of a chance on certain days due to work / kids and such... so this is way helpful!0

Do you have digital cable television? On my Comcast digital television OnDemand (I'm in CT) there is a fitness channel that has a bunch of different of workout videos. There are quite a few varieties (including bellydance!). The few I have checked out are 30 minutes or less. There are even a couple by Jillian Michaels.
Also, I've borrowed workout videos from my local library (free!). You get to keep them for a few weeks, so you could always have a couple on hand. Lately I've had Billy Blanks' Tae Bo Cardio and his Total Body Fat Blaster videos and I love both of them! I was able to renew them online and keep them another 2 weeks. It's a good way to try videos out without paying for them.0 -
