Need P90X advice please

Hi I just got P90X and I am not sure which workouts to do and when. Anyone doing this or have experience with it I could use some advice as to where to start. Thanks:wink:

    Start with disc one and go from there. It's a hard workout and you need at least 1 hour a day. You will see results but you need to add in your own cardio to lose the weight!

    It says in the manual :P As the person above mentioned.

    The first disk should be Chest & Back, then Plyometrics, Arms & Shoulders, Yoga X, Legs & Back then Kenpo X. Then after week 4 you have a "rest and ab focus week": Yoga X, Core Synergistics, X-Stretch, Core Synergistics, Yoga X (yet again) and then Kenpo X. Then you switch it up with the Chest and Triceps, Plyometrics, Back & Biceps, Yoga X, Legs & Back and then Kenpo X. Day 7 is a rest day for all weeks, but the X Stretch option is there. Then you have another "rest and ab focus" week. Then you have two weeks of Chest & Back, then Plyometrics, Arms & Shoulders, Yoga X, Legs & Back then Kenpo X. The last two weeks are Chest and Triceps, Plyometrics, Back & Biceps, Yoga X, Legs & Back and then Kenpo X.
