Which is more effective for your metabolism? Eating a meal before you workout or working out before you eat?

It doesn't really matter. I usually eat before and after, mostly because I like to eat.0

I have found that I like to have a piece of fruit (usually a banana or orange) about an hour before I go to the gym, then a full meal (lunch) right after. No science behind it... just what I've found to help me through my workout and recovery. I don't really believe in the whole 'metabolism changes post workout' thing.0

I read somewhere when I started that if you eat before you workout the body focuses on breaking down the food and not on your calorie burn.
That being said, I tend to not eat before. It has worked for me for quite sometime.
Whichever you decide, make it a habit to workout !!!0
