What do i log the 30 day shred as for exercise?

Congrats on staying alive!
I'm on day 5 and JM is kicking my butt something fierce. As for logging, I added a personal cardio exercise for it and used the calories from my HRM.0 -
I dont have a HRM
Do you think about 250 calories is about right?0 -

I log it under circuit training.... not sure how accurate it is though... it gives me I think 245 calories.... That first day is a KILLER... I was supposed to do day 4 last night but I fell asleep. I took that as a sign that my body was EXHAUSTED and needed the sleep. IT DOES GET EASIER... so hang in there... The first day felt like the video lasted an hour... the second day wasn't near as bad and day 3 felt like "wow? its already over?"...
Hang in there! If you wanna add me and have a "shred" partner, I would love that...0 -

My HRM says Level 1 is somewhere between 175-250 calories depending on how hard I'm pushing myself. Hope that helps!0

I'm 5'7 and 181lbs. I burned 285 cal doing the full 28 min of level one.0
