So, I started out at just over 260 roughly 4 months ago. Weighed myself this morning at 238. Not a huge difference number-wise, but I'm already starting to see the difference. Last summer I wore 42/34 jeans, now 38/34 is perfect. I've been mixing up between weights and cardio, and have noticed my body composition changing quite a bit as well. My goal WAS to get to 230, but now I know that I can accomplish goals that I set for myself, the new goal is 220. Here is a before and current photo. You can notice the biggest difference in my face.
