Weight loss journey, with pictures

I started this journey in March of 2010 and lost weight in order to get pregnant. I got down to 156, then ballooned to 204 at the end of pregnancy. I had the baby at the end of March 2011. I used 192 lbs as my start weight, because that's what I weighed at my 6 week postpartum visit. I'm 5'10" and now weigh 145 lbs. My original goal was 150, but still wasn't happy with my tummy. My new goal is 140 lbs, but more than that, to be tone, look and feel good.

I have lost it all by good old fashioned counting calories (1,300 or more a day and I do eat my exercise calories). I don't restrict any food, as long as it is within my calories. I originally didn't exercise, because I knew trying to do it all at once, I'd quit. I started exercise in September 2011 and wish I'd done it sooner. I love the changes it has made, even though my weight hasn't changed as much since then, my shape has.

Hopefully these pictures work first try, if not I'll be working on fixing it asap.
