I was being lazy avoiding having to do math and wanted to know at specific speeds how long would it take for a mile...I found this chart.
Running 5 mph (12 minute mile)
Running, 5.2 mph (11.5 minute mile)
Running, 6 mph (10 minute mile)
Running, 6.7 mph (9 minute mile)
Running, 7 mph (8.5 minute mile)
Running, 7.5 mph (8 minute mile)
