I just wondered whether any of you knew of any fast moving wedding forums. I am trying to organise my wedding for July and although I love you guys I don't want to annoy you all with constant threads about which colour goes with which and whether my tables need more or less pink.

There is sadly no MFP Wedding forum so I am looking for somewhere to vent my bride related angst lol

    I didn't like theknot.com. It gets kind of intense and there's a lot of bashing on there... But that's just me

    theknot.com is slower than snot for forum replies. I don't know where to go ... I just chat with a bunch of women I'm friends with who have already been married.


    I guess it also helps that I've already been married once before. I kinda have an idea of how this all works.

    I am using The Knot to maintain things like guest list, budget, and wedding website... but for advice and inspiration I love following the blogging brides at weddingbee.com its a great, positive online community!

    I am getting married on July 31st 2012 in Jamaica. I myself have a wedding website at mywedding.com there are tons of helpful tips and things on there . Also theknot.com and weddingwire.com have forums on there as well. But I am so into wedding talk right now that if you ever want to chat about it let me know :-)

    OMG WE ARE WEDDING DATE TWINS!!! Considering its a tuesday thats spooky lol 31st July will be our 10th year anniversary :)

    Hi! i'm getting married on april 28 th, and my boyfirend proposed on November 22nd, so we don't have much time to organize.
    Anyway, I think it's better 'cause you make choices faster and more easily. For instance, we wrote emails to 5 photographers, selected 2 to meet them and choose one for taking the pics at the wedding. If we had had more time, i'd have interview with 10 photographers! Same thing with the place for the party : 10 emails. 2 different places to go. We picked the one we like.
    all in all, we already have the place for the party, the food, the photographer and the church. And we organized all that in 15 days!! (first 15 days my boyfriend had a cirugy, so we couldn't do anything!)
    It's not easy, bur it's posible to organize everything in a short time!!!!!
    i'm now seen dresses and dj's. Also flowers!

    That's awesome !!! The only reason that it is on a tuesday is because we are getting married in Jamaica and have to be there for 48 hours (after that we are considered a resident ???) So we are leaving on Sunday and our wedding is on tuesday!!
