If your from the central mid-west area..

I'm sure a few of us need a boost from the holidays..but if your anywhere near the IL, WI, Indiana, Michigan (like me) area..take a look outside and see that sunshine..it is very warm outside too, ideal for outdoor exercise..so if your able..get off the computer and get outside!! :bigsmile: I'll be going for my run here shortly!
