I'm a 66 year old diabetic who is using the calorie counter. So far I'm doing OK with the calorie limit, feel better and this morning my blood sugar read 90. First time in recent memory where my blood sugar has been in "normal" limits 80-110. Am thinking this calorie counter is keeping me honest, but allowing me to still eat OK without being hungry. My weight loss still continues to amaze me. Last night after mild work out at the gym I was down to 266. Not bad considering I was about 285 back in October of 2011. Still have a way to go, but am pleased with the progress this calorie counter thing is allowing me to make.0
