Trying to get to know some people on here! What are you favorite songs to work out to? I love Katy Perry & also Lady Gaga's "Just Dance". I am NOT a fan of Gaga herself, but some of her music is good!

I pretty much stick to upbeat songs that push me. It is pretty amazing the difference between jogging listening to nothing and jogging listening to music that is fast. I also listen to random slower songs when lifting weights.

Havent updated my ipod in a while but these still keep me going at the gym!

    Beyonce - Single ladies
    Usher - More
Pixie Lott - All about tonight
Flo Rida - Club cant handle me
    Katy Perry - all
Kelly Clarkson - My life would suck without you
  • As lame as this sounds, I've been listening to a lot of old 90's stuff and...musicals! I have the Muppets soundtrack on my iPod, and a lot of the songs are so fun and upbeat, it gets me in the mood to move it!
