Need ideas for Vegan high cal meal!

I have eaten breakfast, lunch, & a cliff bar,
and I'm negative over 100 calories still!
I need ideas for healthy, high calorie, vegan meals.
Normally I'd be excited, but I'm tired and just want to sleep right now.
For once I DO NOT want food!

Think nutrient dense foods: healthy oils (walnut oil, olive oil); avocados; nuts; nut butters0

I look at this vegan site for recipes all the time, even though I'm not vegan or vegetarian....just the food tastes amazing.

Handful of nuts or sunflower seeds would work.0

All I have is flax at the moment.
Well I had spaghetti w/ a half tblsp of organic olive oil...
I still have 1,200 to go. I was planning on stir frying veggies & tofu later,
but that'll only give me another 300 calories maybe.0 -

How many calories are you under what you need to be? I misread that your were only 100 or so calories off.0 -
After I just ate that spaghetti and evoo,
I'm still 1,300 short.
You can look at my food diary if you want.
I opened it for everyone to see for now.0 -
Starch Rich Foods: Whole grains, pasta, cereals, beans, potatoes and rice can be great foods for putting on weight as they contain complex carbohydrates or starches and also hold higher calorie densities. In fact, a standard serving of pasta comprises approximately 800 - 1000 calories.
Nuts: Nuts or dried fruits especially walnuts and cashews, besides helping in lowering cholesterol levels in the body, also aid in gaining weight. Whether eaten roasted or just in their normal form, nuts being high in calories and fat (healthy mono-unsaturated fats) can serve as a great food for quick weight gain.
Fruits and Fruit Juices: Fruits and fruits juices are the most calorie dense foods that can help you to pack on those extra pounds. In comparison to vegetables, fruits comprise of simple carbohydrates that have more calorie density.0 -
You might not be able to makeup 1300 calories easily (at least in a healthy way that suits your vegan lifestyle), but try eating some more fruit, some nuts, potatoes, pastas, and do your best. Don't overstuff yourself, but try to makeup most of it if you can.0

I just ate a bowl of spaghetti w/ an added 1/2 tblsp mixed in and I'm still 1,300 short.
I'm going to run to Whole Foods for nuts and stuff because I'm out of stuff anyways...0 -
Ya... That's what I was thinking.
Avacados are high in calories as well as fat, or no?
I'm going to munch on an apple and some peanut butter when I'm hungry again.
Thanks.0 -
I agree on the nuts. Walnuts, almonds, pine nuts. Very high in calories.0
