Friday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Power Knees

Since we are continuing with the proper form theme as opposed to numbers......
Let's see if we can do 160 of them.

The goal is a TOTAL OF 160 using one or both legs.


You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Done! I'm used to doing these because I do turbo jam which has a slight variation of them but I'll be honest, 180 was a push! I did them in sets of 20. So 20 for my left leg, switch to right leg for 20 and repeat another 3 times. With these I always try to make sure I do them properly and then you really feel them! They're a good move so good choice OP :)

    This is great!!! So glad I saw this post!! What an idea! :tongue: I keep saying doing something is better then nothing! What a great way to get in some exercise during the work day!

    I had no idea what power knees were - had to google it! Now I have completed 80 on each leg. Probably haven't completed them all that well but I have sure felt it!

    I didn't have a clue what they were - then after google, I realized I do these all the time! Yay, Im in :) Now I know what to log them as - thanks!

    Done! 4 sets of 20 on each leg = 160 total
