Say if u where to eat a apple how do u put that in for calories and that0

type in apple to the search bar and it will come up with options (ex. 1/4 cup apple slices) or something like that, so you will just need to choose! Add me if you would like

I have been on this sight since October and have gone from 160-137 and I hope to get down to 125...I have been using the app on my fone tho so I didnt figure out that I could interact with other people until last night *gasp* lol but i am already so inspired and feel the love from everyone, so feel free to add me as a friend (that goes for everyone) I find that for me at least a large part of what makes losing weight easier is being able to help others, so i would love to help you too! Well, my main reason I'm on here is to stay accountable with what I eat and make myself exercise more. ( I would love to shed 10 lbs. though)...I had joined last year, but never logged on or anything...so as of Jan. 1st this year, I recreated my account and rejoined. I'm addicted to MFP.0 -
