Maintain

Hi all, so nice to read so many posts, I just want any ideas on how to maintain...I have gone from 252 to 125, I ahve been doing ok for about 3 years but always fear I will gain...any suggestions how to maintain?

    Amazing work! Just keep eating clean and exercising--most people pack on the pounds again because they have a) stopped exercising on a regular basis and/or b) stopped caring about what they fuel themselves with.

    I do work out 4 times a week and I do diary everything I eat
