Weightlifters- GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60?

For you who are lifting, are you taking this? Has great reviews and I've been taking it for a month. Only thing is and I'm being serious here, it makes me fart non stop. anyone else?

    The farting is the best part!

    Seriously though, there are far better products than GNC. I prefer At Large Nutrition and Optimum Nutrition.

    I have a bag of the Extreme 60 and I like it when I want to feel full. Or to switch it up from my Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, which I highly recommend for you.

    I never paid attention to the farts, but maybe that's because I'm a pig.

    Used to take soy based protein and that made me fart. So does Kashi go lean cereal.


    But the ON gold stardard whey has been fine though 2 big tubs.

    You might have to just try diff types. Or you might be taking too much. You double or triple scooping per serving?

    My daughter is an Olympic weightlifter and she uses Muscle Milk and just uses milk or chocolate milk for recovery and several athletes use chocolate milk.

    Usually take 3 scoops (vanilla) I'm also eating the kashi go lean vanilla hot breakfast too. Usually mix that with blueberries and slivered almonds.

    It could be the Kashi go Lean bro. Try removing that. 3 scoops of protein is what? 75grams of protein?!

    I usually do 1 scoop in the mornng (banana, ice, almond milk) and if I workout that night, another shake at night. (same shake)

    3 scoops is 60. Well I usually use 1 scoop in the morning in the kashi then 2 more later in the day with 1% organic milk after a workout. Tastes nasty in just water for me, tastes great with milk. Just my 2 cents.
