Lack of energy

I'm always fatigue and feel like I have no energy and I hate it when it gets in the way of me going to the gym and do my work outs. I've been like this since I had my twins 18 months ago and not sure what the heck is going on, I've been to the doctor and everything was fine, they wanted to check for sleep apnea but I didn't go with it.
How do you keep your energy levels up? What do you eat that gives you energy or supplements? TIA

I would talk to a doctor again for sure, but taking a Vit B complex supplement helps keep me energized and it's also supposed to help with metabolism. Be sure you are eating enough protein as well. My son is also 18 months old, so I know how draining (and wonderful) it can be!0
