hard time getting started exercising-newbie

I find I am doing okay with the food, but the exercise is very hard to get started. I am going to try to do the C25K with my girl StacyRDH. I really usually can start stuff but never finish. I always find excuses. Its hard I would love to loose total 70lbs. My small goal is 1.5lb per week.

  • Girl, You can do it, the hardest part is actually doing it. I didn't want to workout today but I was like get on there and do the dang thing! LOL Love you, you can do it. WE are our own worst enemies when it comes to this!
