Hmm, several things come to mind. Do you wipe down the exercise equipment before & after? Are you eating too much processed foods? You can break out when toxins are leaving your body. It could be the dry weather. Or instead of washing your face with regular water, wipe it down with witch hazel. Do you wear make up? Is your foundation older than 6 months or does it look discolored, grainy textured, or has an off odor then you should replace it.

I really can't think of anything else. You can try drinking lemon water in between meals to help flush out those things.

thanks. I exercise at home so no equipment there....makeup is new and I use mineral makeup, supposed to not clog pores but who really knows. I don't drink enough water I really need to fix that. I really don't eat that much processed foods though occasionally I do go a bit overboard. Maybe it's just my body getting rid of the toxins or whatever or getting used to me sweating so much lol....hoping this goes away. I don't have huge ones just little ones here and there. They are already looking better so we will see. Thanks again!

I had the same problem and I was one of those annoying girls in high school who never had an acne problem. I got like maybe three zits a year lol but after I started working out, DUDE. I broke out majorly all over my face.
What I've done since (and has helped) is one, more water. Two, after a workout, I immediately wipe my face down just with some water till I get home then I wash my face with a facial sponge and your basic, run of the mill face wash. I top it off with some really good moisturizer and so far, I've been much much clearer.

If you find a really good fix, tell me now. I want to not look at my face in the mirror ever again, for the rest of my life.

Any major lifestyle change can alter the skin's condition.
I stopped smoking at the age of 27 and instead of better skin ( I never had acne before) I got so many zits! It lasted for about 4 months before it finally cleared up.
When I started exercising regularly it happened too, but got better after a few months!

I guess some people's skin is just more sensitive to changes than others??

ETA: Decleor skin care has made my skin clear up faster, might work for you too? Expensive stuff, but the products last a long time, so it can be worth it.

I find this happens everytime I start to eat healthier, skin gets bad before it gets good as toxins escape the body. While this is happening I wash my (face) skin less and use natural products. Spinach, water, lemon water are really good for keeping the skin hydrated. It's really frustrating but it should get better. If not, go have a few facials to get some of the clogged pores un clogged. :)

I used to get them on my forehead/around hair line or on my back so I put it to sweating. I make sure I remove all makeup and wear loose fitting clothes or just sports bra and leggings (I'm at home exercising). Afterwards I wash my face/have a shower etc.

Maybe try and increase your water in take. Im sure it will pass as I hardly get any now (maybe coz winter here though so not as sweaty? We will see in a few months when temp increases a little) x

That may be part of the problem. Drinking water is really good for your skin.
