I'm officially a C25K graduate!!!!!!!!!!
God, it feels so good to say that.
And, I may or may not have shed a few tears during the cool down.
Maybe.
Maybe not
That's all. Just needed to put this out there.
Whew!

Way to go!! Next thing you know, you'll be tearing up a marathon course somewhere!0
-
Thanks again, guys!! Y'all rock.
A half marathon is on the schedule, too, but not until November. Whew! Plenty of time I"m desperately going to need to train0 -
Awesome that you have a half on your race calendar! You'll be totally fine for that. You have plenty of time and you're already off to such a fantastic start - just keep on doing what you're doing and you'll get there. When I ran my first half, I actually cried when I crossed the finish line, partly because I was so proud of myself and partly because an old foot injury was killing me! But mostly because I was so happy. I couldn't believe I had done it. I was on cloud 9 for weeks after that!0
