This is my first week on MFP. Seems great so far; I'm really hoping this works! I have a lot of weight to lose:( Can anyone tell me how to view food diaries of members who choose to make them public?

Hey everyone, just got an iPhone and discovered the app first then this site. Gotta say it makes things so much more convenient. I've been counting and working out for years now but this just allows me to cut out the paper. So much easier.
My only concern right now though, does anyone know if there's any way to change the percentage of your daily calories for the carb, protein, fat split. I have been on a high protein, reduced carb diet for almost a half year now and it just looks weird when I see -74 protein and +64 Carbs remaining for the day.0 -
Check the bars at the top and go to settings then diary and you can adjust them from there.:happy:0
