I drink none at all anymore. I used to be more like cafe au lait with coffee. Too many wasted calories for me so I dropped it.

Generally with stevia and a dash of skim milk, If I'm out I'll get a very skim latte, or an espresso if in need of some energy. I love coffee..

Decaf with skimmed milk. I am also a fan of skinny chai tea lattes but save these for special treats.
  • Black w/ some Stevia...
  • With milk. When I first became a coffee drinker I used flavored creamer but wow that is a lot of fat and calories and it is sweet. I began to not like the sweetness so I switched to half & half, it is not sweet but still a lot of fat and calories. Several years ago I switched to milk, Usually 1% and have been doing that ever since.

At work I drink it with just a bit of that powdered creamer, at home I use coffee mate sugar free creamer. And, as taught to me by my Navy turned State Trooper brother, there is no such thing as strong coffee---only weak men ;)
  • Strong - with Splenda and organic half-and-half. If I can't use the real cream, I skip coffee entirely.

has to be black and it has to be real coffee, not instant. I have never liked milk in my coffee. There is an exception tho, cofee laced with brandy in the winter. mmmmm....

Black. I buy the best coffee I can find (Intellligentsia here in Chicago), freshly roasted. I grind and brew at home.

If I buy cheap coffee I have to put something in it to make it drinkable. When that's the case I put a splash of 1% milk and possibly Truvia if it's really bitter.

    black - straight up.

I previously used sugar in my coffee and still do if I am out and getting a coffee at Tim Hortons or McDonalds, those battery acids hardly qualify as coffee... but since I make a pot at home of fresh-ground home-brewed.... sugar takes away from enjoyment of the quality beans.

Coconut Oil? I just discovered this awesome ingredient. Do you whip it in the blender or just pour it on? It sounds wonderful!

I'm hardcore. I just go with a double shot of espresso.

Of course, only the best will do =) We buy locally sourced beans, and grind/brew at home.

The occasional cafe latte is quite nice as well.

I looooooove French Pressing my coffee with my $20 Bodum French Press. We also have a thing that boils water for us in about 3 minutes and you can pour it right in to start brewing. I also mix in about a tablespoon and then some of white sugar and a splash of fat free milk. Get's me going!
