Another newby! moral support needed!

Im new on here today and this year is my year to lose weight! Ive been on lots of diets and struggle to stick to it so hoping to meet people in the same position as me for moral support.

    Hi and welcome. I'm LaShawnda and I am a chef and I work out 5 days a week sometimes 3 hours each day. I used to be an athlete and a couple of years ago I gained alot of weight. Last year I decided that I no longer wanted to be unhealthy and overweight. My husband is a personal trainer and he helped me tremendously.     Hello, I have just joined and I am looking for a great new year transforming my body into a healthy and happy one! If anyone has any exercise routines they would like to share that would be wonderful, along with healthy SIMPLE recipes lol.

    I started trying to lose weight back in June and have lost 46 pounds so far. The key is finding a program that is relatively easy to stick with so that it is not a diet but a life change. I'll send you a friend invite if you want someone to cheer you on. :)

    WElcome, you can do it. There are plenty of us here that are trying t do it the healthy way rather than a quick fix, and its working. I've maintained a lower weight for 6 months now and its mostly down to MFP - its the only thing that has been different this time and has seen me go under a certain weight for the first time in 20 years - and after Xmas I'm still there! Still a way to go but... this year....:happy:
