I am ready for to find a support system.
I am a mom, wife, and assistant principal. I am very goal driven in most areas of my life....this weight think keeps kicking my butt and I ready to win!
My hubby loves me and is as supportive as he can be. However he is a tone 200 pounds and 6'4. He never works out and pretty much eats what he wants so he has little understanding for what I am dealing with. He tries really hard but with genes like that it is hard for him :-)
For Christmas he gave me a personal trainer that comes to the house twice a week. I truly think it was best gift I could ever get!!
Now I am need friends to help motive me and kick my but when I feel like giving up. If you are up for the challenge let me know. I promise to be equally motivating and supportive!

You can do this! I am a child psychologist, so I understand when your a bright individual and have great career goals, yet you don't put yourself first, especially with kids in the mix also. I think we just need to focus on how our own choices and examples serves as the best present we could give to the kids we impact daily, especially our own! It's rough but I am sure it will get easier once you get in teh swing of things. It is great you have someone coming to your house! I would love that. I would tell the trainer when you have feelings of giving up. If he/she is a good trainer, they will know how to keep you going and encourage you..there is a lot of psychology involved in that!0

Hi there!
I am also a mom (of 3) and also have over 50 lbs to lose. For Christmas I didn't get a personal trainer, but I did get a Bodymedia FIT armband from hubby and I love it. I am ready to shed this baby weight once and for all and would LOVE a support system. Let's DO THIS!

I have a few more than 50 pounds I'd like to BANISH. Have to admit, I don't like the term "lose." It invites you to FIND those pounds again. Totally trying to rearrange my thinking about these things, because what I thought in the past didn't work!
Since our thoughts are reflected by our actions, I am trying to think differently, first and foremost. And part of that is joining a community and being open about all this!0 -
I love the term BANISH!! I will be using that from more often!!
The trainer is a friend of a friend and he is giving us an amazing rate or we wouldn't be able to afford it!
My family & career have taken over and now it is time for me to love me again!
I am excited and look forward to seeing the results and getting to know you guys.0 -
