Feeling great today even though I had to grab breakfast on the run.
I will get in my 2nd day of C25K tonight, I will push myself harder than I did on day one
stayed under my calories, but I really need a food scale for when I make my sammies for lunch

I love my scale - it really helps!
I finished day 1 of week 4 last night - did it outside - it was tough but I didn't give up - then I continued to walk about 2 more miles
did great on calories and ok on water - I am very consistent with 6 glasses - gotta try harder to get to the 8
I'll be out of town tomorrow and rest of weekend so I don't think I'll be on here - if I am not - have a great weekend! Make smart choices!

I am with you on the water I can do 6 glasses easy but those last 2 are hard for me.
I have not weighed myself in two weeks. I probably will not weigh in for the end of this challange because of TOM. But I feel great about what I am doing.0 -
if you feel great about what you're doing - then you're doing it right! We should feel good about ourselves! Sounds like a good plan to hold off to weigh.0

I am still holding strong. Just really, really sore. I didn't do good with my calories yesterday. My problem was that I didn't eat enough. I did 2 30 minute walks and a 75 minute walk and 25 minutes on Wii active but I only ate 930 calories. I just did not have an appietie at all yesterday. I feel the same way today but I am trying to make myself eat something. Funny, 2 weeks ago I wanted to eat everything. This week I don't want to eat anything.0

try to eat some snacks - smaller portions in between to fill in your gap - I've struggled many days to get up there and it's funny a last summer I would have eaten twice my allowance and still been going strong!

A little late getting on today. I'm doing great, and think I may make my goals. I will weigh tomorrow to see, but did day 31 of exercise already today. Sounds like you all are hanging in there. Tomorrow is check in day. I will be babysitting for grandsons, but will try to find time to hook up with you all in the morning. Have a great Thursday! Mary0
