If you check out my profile, the picture of me in my waders is at about 300 lbs and the picture walking with a friend (I am in the red) was 5 years ago I was 225 at 8% body fat. I am not back there yet (still about 20lbs away) but I wore that shirt about a week ago and it fit fine. (I am 6'1")0
