My Introduction

Hello Everyone,
I am new to myfitnesspal and I am excited to see a community of such supportive people. From 2012 I have goals to reach:
1. Be happy to be 179, no longer obese (loosing 37 lbs)
2. Be exited to hit 149, no longer over weight (loosing 67 lbs)
3. Be ESTATIC 130, mid healthy range (loosing 86 lbs)
*I am using that from another person on this website already*
I am a young 25 year old woman at 216 lbs. I am looking for a support system with it gets tough and I don't think I can do it. I also want to be that support for someone else. I have friends but they are all my skinny friends that say "Oh, Brantley you aren't fat. Why do you say that." All I know is I have already lost 30 lbs by just walking to the mailbox center at my complex, parking midway down the parking lot, and not drinking soda. Please help me in this journey. THANKS.
