Just allowing myself a small victory dance, since I've been sticking to this program for a whole month as of today! I've been working hard and am happy to say that its been paying off, (9 lbs gone and never to be seen again!) :happy: Still have a ways to go, but I CAN DO IT!!!!!

Thanks for allowing the self indulgence!!!!
