I had only been measuring tummy and waist since starting diet as that was my problem area where all weight was.
I just had to measure around boobs to see which size I was as size was borderline I thought I'm about 40" and usually get a 42 to give me room to move with clothes been so skinny these days.. anyway I got tape measure out and was shocked to find I was 36" around bust.. had to do it 4 times to check!! ... i've lost 4" off my boobs!
I'm kind of pleased but on other hand I don't want them to shrink too much.. would rather have the extra 4" off my tummy!
How do women keep boobs and still have skinny waists and flat tummy?

I hate being this big and I am only a 36C. I want to be back to my 34 B. My chest used to be 34, now iit is a, I hate it!!! I feel like a cow.
Be grateful!0 -
The number is your measurement around the chest isn't it. You WANT that to go down, it's the letter that you don't want shrinking.
eg somone with a bra size of 42B is fat and relatively flat chested whereas someone with 28GG is going to have trouble staying upright!
I love it when my boobs shrink. When I first gained back weight from being very underweight I went from a 28AA to a 32C in around 3 months. Horrifying!
Now I'm a 30DD which I find equally horrifying. I don't want to be flat again but a B would be wonderful.0 -
lol! probably... I did wonder if post pregnancy workouts would work for a big tummy (even though it wasn't big from just been pregnant)?.. with them focusing on that area to lose tummy after giving birth?
I can''t remember how to work out the letter.. I usually get sports bra's that you put over head as I struggle with the fastenings0 -
Boobs are always the first thing to go! I agree, would rather it off the butt or tummy.0

my boobs shrank too when I lost the weight.
=D0 -
Mine haven't disappeared yet. I'm waiting for it, but I don't think it will happen. Thanks to genetics. As long as they don't sag!0

Every time i lose weight my boobies are the first thing to shrink up!!! sucks0

28GG.....ay Karumba0

Happier that my my boobs shrink than my booty. I'd rather have my hips and butt!0
-
One of my goals is to have my boobs shrink! *fingers crossed*0
-
Haha @ Dan!
Yeah I don't want my boobs to shrink either but yeah that band size sure as heck can go down0 -
Your boobs with get smaller because they are made of fat. So sorry love, I know its annoying. I don't know how you feel about plastic surgery but that is one thing that could be a potential solution.0

Welcome to my world....my bras are as baggy as my pants! Predicting a boob job!0

my wrists were small before and they look even thinner, now boobs are shrinking before tummy finished shrinking (though have lost 13" off tummy and 7 " off waist" but i still need tummy to go down.
I got some Levi's 30 " waist thinking I'm only an inch off (current waist 31") but they are super skinny and designed to fasten around the hip/tummy area rather than waist... and my tummy is still 35 " so of course they don't meet in the middle to fasten!
I saw some GAP jean that say they have a 'medium rise of 8" ' what does that mean? they seem to have changed all the terminology whats the words to look for, for ones that actually fasten around your waist? .. with a bit more space in the tummy? .. maybe I'm resigned to Evans jeans for the rest of my life! . or maternity jeans.. lol! (I'm not even pregnant)
but I was wondering if exercises meant for getting weight off after pregnancy would also work if tummy was largest area? (but not from pregnancy)0 -

A B is not flat chested as I am a B. I would rather be thin with a AA then heavy with a C.0 -
Victoria Secrets!!!! My boobs were the FIRST thing to go, they're still "enough" but they are definitely not what they used to be, thanks to vicki's great push up bra's they still look good0

I'm in the same boat...I have lost 4 inches of boob as well, and yes the cup size is decreasing as well, there was much more to hold onto then there is now... The one good thing about being fat...now I'm still fat but boobless.0
-
You will lose some boob, but probably retain enough to stay in proportion to your thinner self.0

I was sad to see my boobies go!! Still trying to get over it....they weren't that big to begin with :-(0

my boobs shrank too when I lost the weight.
=D
I'm so sorry for your loss
I gain/lose weight in my boobs and face first. I would also like for my boobs to inflate while my arms and problem areas deflate, but that is not likely to happen. I do pec excersizes to help the illusion though =D0 -
hmmm So far my boobs have stayed the same.... I have always said I would like my B boobies back! The only thing that has changed is the 40 to a 38 I still have the DD's BUT I am sure that will change when I lose more weight eventually0

Plastic surgeons ?????
 I think I'm down to an A cup now! I'm still wearing my B's (I think I'm in denial!). Oh well, such is life! I'd rather have small boobs than a big butt!0 -
adjones5 is right...your boobs are made of mostly fat so if you are losing serious weight your boobs will go down drastically  Losing that breast fat is a good thing if they are giving you troubles for being too large...for example back pain. The band size should go down too though, depending on how much weight you've lost and what kind of excercise you do. I know that I have lost over 50 pounds and my cup size has gone from a DD to almost needing a C and my band from a tight 38 to a loose 36. Proud of that but not so proud of the flatter chest (sorta miss it). But you definitely want to go for a band size that is a little looser and on the middle clasp if possible, then you don't have that tight back fat look. If you go to any Lingerie shop (like Victoria's Secret or La Senza) they will measure you to see what size you should actually be wearing. I used to work at La Senza and trust me, you don't have to be modest because you sorta get used to seeing them everyday...Good luck with your weight loss:drinker:0

Boobs shrink, sometimes in proportion to the rest of you, sometimes not so much. At my heaviest, I was like a 42 or 44 A (which no one really makes). My boobs didn't shrink much when I lost weight, probably because there wasn't much to shrink, but my armpit fat went away. Some women are naturally thin with large boobs, some women's boobs are store bought. Depending on your body, you may never be skinny with big boobs (without surgery anyway). As for getting your stomach flatter, unless you're already quite thin, and just have low muscle tone (what people sometimes call skinny fat), the answer is probably lose fat all over your body. Ab exercises will only give you a flatter stomach if you're skinny fat, and maybe not even then.0

Ladies, not sure what is wrong with me after reading your posts on here. I have lost 100+ lbs before, but never lost my boobs. Gained a bunch of weight after my brother died, and now trying to get back to my skinny days. 44 lbs down, and my boobs are still the same full, perky 38D, 38DD. Thank you, God. For me it's my belly that goes first.0

I'm a 10E bordering 10F... on my tiny frame (4 ft 8) it is one thing I'm remember by. I wish that they would shrink so I'm more proportionate...
Are you sure that it's not just your back toning up and you're losing fat from around your back? Maybe you should take a few measurements each time, like dress makers do. Around the back, under the bust, through the bust and from the shoulder over the bust...
Just a thought.
PS. My bust and belly are the last places I lose weight from.0 -
I have a 40c and I would be really sad if they shrunk as well as my butt...
But at the same time, if you work out your chest and your breast lift and look firm i don't think that's to bad:)0 -

Between being flat chested (A cup) and having saggy boobs (losing 100 pounds will do this), all pec exercises do for me visually is make my chest look really funny. At one point my pecs were more noticeable than my boobs (which were several inches below them). It might work better if you're naturally a little bigger, or less saggy, or something, I'm built weird.0
