I'm new - I've lost 30, but need to lose 90 more. That sounds better than 100, doesn't it??? Any tips to help me through this?:flowerforyou:

Just like you've said--you've already lost 30 pounds! I'm 45, too, and feeling better than I have in years thanks to losing weight.

Eat "real" food as much as you can.
Don't beat yourself up for choices you later wish you hadn't made.
    Drink your water.
Track your food--all of it--every day.
Friend a lot of people here!

Congrats on the 30 pounds! I've also lost 30 (well ... had lost 30 ... now I'm back to 28 after the holidays), and I need to lose another 70. It's hard to keep up the momentum for the long haul, but I KNOW we can do it! I do best when I am keeping my focus on how important getting healthier is to me.
  • How do I "friend" people?

Click on their name, and when you see the profile, click on the "add as friend" button. It's nice to add a message, too, about why you'd like to be friends, but not necessary for everybody (I've seen some people say they won't accept a friend request that doesn't have a message).

I'm just starting a need to loose about 110. Looks like you're a cat person too! Friend request coming your way!
