Protein Shakes tell me more....

I just started using Healthsmart Chocolate Supreme Protein Shake mix. I mixed it in the blender with ice this am and it was great!
Full of of vitamins, protein and probiotics and only 150 calories! I can make till lunch as long as I drink lots of water.

Would like to hear what others are doing? Which shakes your using and what you mix with them? How fast you lost weight?

  • I like to make a healthy protein smoothie.
    1 banana, 6-8oz. vanilla almond milk (can be your milk of choice)
    handful of spinach
    celery stalk
    handful baby carrots or one large carrot
    handful of frozen berries (I use strawberry and raspberries)
    1Tbsp all natural peanut butter (I use crunchy crazy richard's)
    1 scoop gold's standard french vanilla or milk chocolate whey
    Blend all and I normally have it for breakfast or dinner
  • I use Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder (strawberry). I mix one scoop with a cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup non-fat milk, 3 packets of Splenda, and a cup (or a little less) of ice. It is yummy ad definitely satisfies my ice cream cravings too!

    I just got some of the Body Fortress in the chocolate flavor.

    I think it is gross, but it seems to make my workouts a lot easier. I don't get sore later if I drink one after strength training.
