50 lbs Ahhhhhh!!!

Hey y'all, Hope everyone is doing well tonight! I'm new to my fitness pal. I've never dieted or really even exercised for that matter but alas turning 30, having 3 children (12,8,1), quitting smoking (a whole year smoke free) and lets face it enjoying food wayyy to much has made me over weight! My goal is to lose 50 lbs by summer. I started Jan 1st and have lost inches but no weight, can we say depressing :( I'm 5'8 and 183lbs. I would enjoy any moral support that comes my way and would be more than happy to give some as well! Have a great night!

    Welcome to the site! I really like this site. Very helpful. Makes me want to be honest and good to keep track of what I am eating. Today was my first full day on here, knowing that I want to be honest about what I eat on here, I am really thinking about what I eat and how much before I do it.
    Good luck. I want to lose about 50 pounds too.

    Hello & welcome. I am a mom of two, ages 15 & 11. Looking to lose 22lbs or so. I joined in August then never logged back on until Jan 2nd. My first weigh in tomorrow.
