Is salsa ok to eat

I make some killer salsa when summer hits everyone asks for it .
but is salsa ok to eat or is it one of those things you thinks is good and its not ?

    of course! Salsa can have a lot of salt in it though, depending on your recipe. Even then, just eat it in moderation :)

    not considering the salt intake its good for you its fat free and low in calories, all it is is veggies. I know the kind I buy is like 60 calories for the whole jar (Chi-Chi's, and I eat it with the Utz Baked Tortillas) so yummy! I am sure a homemade recipe would have less salt... :happy:

    pita chips are good with salsa too, mmm or dab some on a baked potato instead of sour cream. I even like it with veggie sticks!

    Oh heck ya! Here is Arizona it's considered our ketchup....and considerably more healthy for you. There are some spicy salsa's made with mango or watermelon that is really good. Love it on eggs.
